Kulm-summit
Nature.Power.Place
As an island mountain, the Great Kulm, with its summit elevation of 918 meters, is, alongside the Grimming, another "stabilization point" amidst the flat water landscape of the Enns Valley. The northernmost Hallstatt burial mounds in Styria were discovered on the northern slope of the Kulm. The trail is designed so that you can approach the summit in large, relaxed circles.
The higher the circular walk leads, the more breathtaking the views become, stretching from Lake Putterersee to the Enns River. The expansive summit area with its 360° panoramic view all around complements this!
THE RESONANCE EXERCISE
ME-THE-MOUNTAIN-PEAK
For you
Stand firmly at a good vantage point and perform a consciously smooth waterwheel breathing exercise to connect Lake Putterersee with the Kulm: long inhales and exhales that flow seamlessly into one another without pauses. Mentally, "draw the power of the water up the mountain, breathe the power of the mountain down to the lake."
Stretch your body progressively upwards, pull your arms up, and enjoy the balancing stretch along the entire body axis upwards.
To increase the intensity, stand on your tiptoes and imagine yourself forming an energy-filled connection between heaven and earth.
For groups or families
In a circle, everyone takes a turn in the middle and enjoys an energy shower from everyone else. Look at each other and communicate what feels good and what intensity and duration you would like from the others. The circle can: a) Pat your body. b) Brush your back – to feel the variety, you can rotate slowly. c) Fan yourself with fresh "peak air."
Exercises a) and b) have a relaxing effect from top to bottom, and stimulating in the opposite direction. THE EFFECT ON YOUR HEALTH
