Once a month, Saturday at the Hotel Rösslhof becomes a special day of rest, conscious movement and inner alignment. It starts with a soothing 75-minute yoga session in the morning - mindfully guided and suitable for all levels of experience. The focus is on conscious breathing, loving presence and rediscovering your own center. After the practice, an enjoyable brunch with fresh, regional delicacies awaits you - a moment of refreshment and indulgence. Afterwards, we will delve deeper into the special topic of the day: Every Saturday has a special impulse for body, mind and soul. Yoga, breathing techniques and quiet moments create space for self-care and new perspectives.
Participation is possible for hotel guests and external visitors by prior arrangement.

28.6.2025 “Mindful Yoga - for body, mind and soul”
In “Mindful Yoga”, we pay special attention to breathing in combination with stretching in addition to classic asanas and vinyasas. A strengthened and equally stretched body is more upright, which enables deep breathing. And good breathing leads to more inner serenity and relaxation. The class is rounded off with an extended final relaxation, a yoga nidra session, to bring the body, mind and soul down and into harmony after the yoga session.

Experience how yoga fills you with new strength and makes your zest for life shine. In the midst of peaceful nature, we invite you to bring your body and mind into harmony. Through dynamic yoga flows, conscious breathing techniques and meditation, we activate your inner source of energy and release blockages that inhibit you in everyday life. This yoga special gives you space to recharge, let go and blossom - for a life full of lightness, vitality and joy.
30.8.2025 “Finding balance - on the mat and in life”
In the yoga unit “Finding balance - on the mat and in life”, flowing vinyasas are combined with breathing techniques and static asanas. Special attention is paid to balance exercises that strengthen the small muscles and tendons in our joints, soles of the feet and palms of the hands. Imbalances are reduced both physically and mentally. Affirmations that ground you and allow you to stay with yourself guide you through the individual asanas. A final meditation will give you inspiration and pointers on how to set boundaries and keep coming back to yourself.
27.9. “Heart opening - activate love & compassion”
Heart opening in yoga is a practice that encompasses physical, emotional and energetic aspects. Through special asanas (such as backbends, hip and shoulder openings), breathing exercises and meditative mindfulness, the chest area is widened, the spine strengthened and the heart chakra activated. The aim is to promote more compassion, self-love, openness and emotional healing. Heart-opening yoga exercises help to compensate for postural imbalances and at the same time support a more conscious, loving approach to oneself and others.
