We provide for your culinary wellness all day long. Th e day starts with our morning alpine breakfast buffet serving Bircher muesli, regional cheeses, bacon and bread as well as delicious egg dishes. In the evening, you have a choice of two/four dishes (two meat, one fish, one vegetarian) combined with a variety of a wide-ranging assortment of cheeses, delicacies, desserts and crepes (Dessert- and crepes buffet is once a week). For our little guests with big appetites we off er a separate children’s buffet or menu.
Breakfast
When the scent of fresh, crispy pastry is in the air, you know: It's time again for the early happiness buffet. Savory egg dishes prepared fresh at the show kitchen, a wide selection of cereals and jam specialties, sweet pastries, fine sausage and cheese platters, yogurts, a lactose-free corner, fruits, freshly squeezed juices – just to give a little insight.
Dinner
All day you can barely wait for the legendary evening menus. Daily, you face the dilemma of choosing between meat dishes, fish, and vegetarian options accompanied by an extremely extensive salad, spread, and cheese buffet. Afterwards, you can choose your favorite ice cream from our homemade varieties. For the little guests with big appetites, we also offer a special children's buffet or menu.
Terrace
We warmly welcome guests to our terrace. With a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain scenery, our stylish terrace is worth a trip!
