One evening, six courses and guaranteed no excuses: At the men's cooking course with seminar farmer Johanna Schweiger, you'll be chopping, frying and seasoning for all you're worth!
In the school kitchen at MS Stein/Enns, you will learn how to use a pan, power and regional ingredients to conjure up seasonal dishes suitable for everyday use in no time at all - without a cookbook or kitchen chaos.
Whether you're a beginner or an amateur chef - after this workshop, you'll have eight dishes in your repertoire that are guaranteed to impress. In addition to practical tips, there will also be plenty of enjoyment and the opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people. Knife out, apron on - and off you go!
