Backstreet Boys at the Ski Opening 2025

Backstreet's back: after six years, the most successful boy band of all time returns to Austria on 6 December. Together with thousands of fans and a rousing stage show, they will open the 2025/26 winter season in the Planai Stadium.

The Schladming-Dachstein tourism region with the Schladming 4-mountain ski area (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm) and international concert organiser Klaus Leutgeb once again created a sensation and probably the most legendary ski opening in the Austrian mountains.

The Backstreet Boys have been thrilling fans worldwide since the 1990s with timeless hits such as ‘I Want It That Way,’ ‘Everybody (Backstreet's Back),’ ‘As Long As You Love Me’ and ‘Quit Playing Games (With My Heart).’ In addition to these classics, fans can also look forward to new material at the 2025 Ski Opening in Schladming-Dachstein: On 11 July, their anniversary album Millennium 2.0 will be released, a reissue of their 1999 album Millennium.
