At Posch Hof in the Sölktäler Nature Park, our organic Angus cattle live with plenty of exercise, peace and respect. We stand for a sustainable circular economy, short transportation routes and particularly stress-free slaughtering in the immediate vicinity.

Our cattle are real gourmets: in summer they enjoy fresh pasture grass, in winter fragrant hay from our own harvest - without any concentrated feed or silage. This produces high-quality Grass Fed Beef that tastes particularly aromatic.

As a small, exclusive organic mountain farm, we offer high-quality organic beef from our Angus cattle - carefully matured, cut and vacuum-packed. From steak to burger patties to soup meat - we provide you with honest meat with full flavor and transparent origin.
