YINET ROJAS - LATIN TRES

Born in the beautiful city of Guantánamo in eastern Cuba, Yinet brings the joie de vivre and rich musical tradition of her homeland to her music. At the beginning of her career, her musical journey took her to Varadero, where she worked as a musician and got to know the Cubaboarians. This encounter opened doors for her to tour together through Germany, Austria and Italy - and finally she found her new home in Salzburg.

With her unmistakable style and warm voice, she treats her audience to Cuban and Latin American rhythms in a unique way. The program includes great classics from her Cuban homeland, from neighbouring South American countries as well as her own compositions with roots in salsa, cha-cha-cha and merengue.

Yinet has Cuba in her blood - she is a real “Guantanamera”, a girl from Guantánamo. Her songs reflect the magic of the Caribbean: the pulsating life of Havana and the flair of the breathtaking island beauty of Cuba.
