Two balconies with views of the countryside invite you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast or an atmospheric dinner. There is ample free parking directly behind the flat.

In winter, you can easily reach the nearby ski areas in the region. The famous 4-mountain ski area, which includes the Hauser Kaibling, can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. In summer, the Schladming-Dachstein region offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, while the neighbouring bathing lake promises relaxation and fun.
