  PAYMENT METHODS

  • ADVANCE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER - NO CASH, NO CREDIT CARD.
  • To confirm the booking or reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due IMMEDIATELY.
  • The remaining payment of 70% of the total price must be transferred in advance no later than 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. 

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you cancel up to 28 days BEFORE ARRIVAL, there are NO CANCELLATION FEES - the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel up to 14 days BEFORE ARRIVAL, you will be charged a 30% CANCELLATION FEE - the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel after the final payment, a 50% CANCELLATION FEE will apply - 50% of the total payment will be transferred back.

  KEY

  • The front door key is in a KEY BOX on site. The CODE for the key box will be sent to you - at the earliest after receipt of the final payment / at the latest 7 days before your arrival - with an information letter for arrival/departure (CHECK IN/CHECK OUT).
  • If you LOSS your front door key, we will have to charge you (new door lock/key). Thank you for your understanding!

  PARKING SPOT

  • There are 2 outdoor parking spaces on the street belonging to the holiday home. You can drive up to the house for loading and unloading.
  • In winter, due to snow and slippery conditions, it can be problematic to drive your car up to the house to load and unload; this is usually only possible with an 4WD vehicle or using snow chains. Thank you for your understanding!
